I am BEYOND THRILLED to announce that we are moving into a beautiful new building in Yorkville, IL on June 1st, 2025!! This 1200sqft building plus the surrounding property will be our new home, hopefully for years to come. This is a huge step for us and one that will provide so many more opportunities for our clients. Announcements will be coming soon regarding grand opening, give aways, and more! We are also rebranding from Giggling Moose Photography to Studio G Photography effective immediately. Keep posted for lots of amazing new things!

The Studio

Located on the south side of Yorkville, IL; Studio G. Photography's beautiful, rustic, and inspiring building sits less than one mile west of Rt. 47 on Rt. 71. 

Surrounded by forest-scapes, the studio building is designed inside and out to provide multiple sets for your photography needs. 

All in one place, you simply can not find a more inviting studio than Studio G.

Abby Garton

Owner & Head Photographer,

Abby has a degree in photojournalism from Columbia College. She has been featured by ABC, NBC, CNN, Fox News and BBC and won numerous awards both locally and internationally.  Abby has traveled and studied with photographers from National Geographic and Time.

Running her own photography business since 1997, she been focusing on photography full time since 2008.

Gemma Stone

Gemma is Studio G. Photography's do-all wing-woman.  From decorating to assisting, from planning to advertising, Gemma does it all and helps us to keep things running smoothly. A special needs mama of one of the greatest little girls in the world, Gemma juggles a million things at once with grace and precision!

Don't be surprised to see a camera in her hands as she moves toward taking on clients of her own.

Moose Garton

The inspiration and drive for the business is Moose. He is the greatest at getting kids to smile and laugh during sessions, he brainstorms ideas and helps keep us moving in new directions.  Moose is also one of our greatest ambassadors, constantly bringing new faces into the studio

and new clients to our business.  When he's not on the baseball field, he can almost always been found in our studio!
